This policy covers the RHAWI Games website you are on. It is written to meet the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. The short version
- This site has no accounts, no forms, no comments and no newsletter. We do not ask you for any personal information.
- No cookies, no local storage, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.
- All images, fonts and code are delivered from this website itself. Nothing is loaded from other companies while you browse it.
- Many players are children and teenagers. Because this site collects no personal data at all, it also collects none from children.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website runs on our own server, rented from Hostinger International Ltd., Larnaca, Cyprus, and located in a data center in Frankfurt, Germany. When you open a page, the server processes technical data that every browser sends: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user agent. This is needed to deliver the page and to keep the service secure and stable. The web server does not store access logs.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in delivering a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is processed in the EU. It is not transferred to the USA.
4. Links to Roblox and X
The "Play free" buttons open the game pages on roblox.com, and the "@RhawiOF on X" link opens x.com. Nothing from these websites is loaded until you click. Once you are on their sites, the privacy policies of Roblox Corporation and X Corp. apply. In-game purchases are processed by Roblox, never by us.
5. Contact by email
If you write to us by email, we use your message and email address only to answer you. We delete it when your request is finished, at the latest after 12 months, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing and to receive it in a portable format. To do so, write to kontakt@msstrategies.ch. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC / EDÖB), in the EU to the authority in your country.
